Refund/Reissue Policy

Flight

Travel Trip BD follows each airline's cancellation and reissue policy.

  • Cancellation/Reissue Request:Travelers must inform Travel Trip BD at least 48 hours prior to the travel date by calling +88 01896 314907. If notification is given later, a no-show charge might be applicable based on airline rules.
    • ভ্রমণের অন্তত ৪৮ ঘণ্টা আগে +৮৮ ০১৮২১ ৪৪২২০০ নম্বরে কল করে Travel Trip BD-কে অবহিত করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরে জানানো হলে এয়ারলাইনের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী নো-শো চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
  • Fees:A cancellation/reissue fee and standard service charge may apply according to the airline’s policy. These fees are determined by the airline and may change at any time. Travel Trip BD does not add any extra service charges beyond those quoted by the airline.
    • এয়ারলাইনের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী বাতিল/রিইস্যু ফি এবং স্ট্যান্ডার্ড সার্ভিস চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। এয়ারলাইন নির্ধারিত ফি পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। Travel Trip BD অতিরিক্ত সার্ভিস চার্জ নেবে না।
  • EMI Payments:For cancellations via EMI, any applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the refund.
    • EMI এর মাধ্যমে বাতিল হলে, প্রযোজ্য EMI চার্জ ফেরতের পরিমাণ থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
  • Refunds:Refunds (if applicable) are processed through the same payment channel used by the traveler. Depending on the channel, refunds may take one to five business days to appear in the account.
    • ফেরতযোগ্য অর্থ (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) একই অর্থপ্রদানের মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে এবং অ্যাকাউন্টে পৌঁছাতে এক থেকে পাঁচ কার্যদিবস লাগতে পারে।
  • Non-Refundable Charges:Convenience charges are non-refundable.
    • সুবিধা ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

Tour Packages/Umrah

Travel Trip BD adheres to each tour operator’s specific cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation/Date Change Requests:Travelers should email holidays@traveltripbd.com to request a cancellation or date change. The team will respond based on the operator’s policy.
    • বাতিল বা তারিখ পরিবর্তনের জন্য holidays@traveltripbd.com এ ইমেল করতে হবে। অপারেটরের নীতি অনুযায়ী দলটি প্রতিক্রিয়া জানাবে।
  • Policy Review:Travelers should carefully review the cancellation policy under each tour package before booking.
    • বুকিংয়ের আগে প্রতিটি ট্যুর প্যাকেজের নীতি সাবধানে পর্যালোচনা করতে হবে।
  • Black-Out Dates:Bookings for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
    • ব্ল্যাক-আউট তারিখের জন্য বুকিং বাতিলযোগ্য বা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
  • Service Charges:Travel Trip BD does not add extra service charges beyond the operator’s quoted fees.

  • EMI Payments:For cancellations via EMI, any applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the refund.

Visa Support

Travel Trip BD follows the embassy or consulate's cancellation and refund policy.

  • Cancellation Requests:Travelers must send a request via email to visa@traveltripbd.com if they wish to cancel visa support. The Travel Trip BD team will process the request as per the consulate’s policy.
    • ভিসা সহায়তা বাতিল করতে চাইলে visa@traveltripbd.com এ ইমেল করতে হবে। Travel Trip BD কনস্যুলেটের নীতি অনুযায়ী আবেদনটি প্রক্রিয়া করবে।
  • Fees:If applicable, a cancellation fee may be charged according to the consulate or embassy rules.
    • কনস্যুলেট বা দূতাবাসের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য বাতিলের ফি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
  • Service Charges:Travel Trip BD does not add additional service charges beyond those quoted by the respective embassy or consulate.
    • সংশ্লিষ্ট দূতাবাস বা কনস্যুলেটের উদ্ধৃত ফি ছাড়া Travel Trip BD অতিরিক্ত সার্ভিস চার্জ যোগ করবে না।

Corporate Travel

Travel Trip BD follows the corporate travel policy agreed upon with the client company.

  • Booking and Changes:Corporate clients should contact their designated account manager for any booking, cancellation, or reissue. Requests made within 48 hours of the travel date may incur a no-show charge as per airline or hotel policy.
    • কর্পোরেট ক্লায়েন্টদের তাদের নির্ধারিত অ্যাকাউন্ট ম্যানেজারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে বুকিং, বাতিল বা রিইস্যু করতে হবে। ভ্রমণের ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অনুরোধ করা হলে নো-শো চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
  • Fees:Any cancellation or reissue fees will be applied as per the policies of the airline, hotel, or other service providers. Travel Trip BD does not charge any additional fees beyond those quoted by the service provider.
    • বাতিল বা রিইস্যুর ফি এয়ারলাইন, হোটেল বা অন্যান্য সেবাদাতার নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে। Travel Trip BD অতিরিক্ত সার্ভিস চার্জ নেবে না।
  • EMI Payments:For corporate bookings via EMI, any applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the refund.
    • EMI এর মাধ্যমে কর্পোরেট বুকিং বাতিল হলে, EMI চার্জ ফেরতের পরিমাণ থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
  • Refunds:Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used, taking one to five business days to appear in the account.
    • ফেরতযোগ্য অর্থ প্রদানের একই চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে এবং এক থেকে পাঁচ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
  • Non-Refundable Charges:All non-refundable charges as per the service provider's policy will apply.

Hotel

Travel Trip BD adheres to the individual property's cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation Process:To cancel a booking, travelers should go to 'My Booking' > 'Cancel' and confirm the cancellation.
    • বুকিং বাতিল করতে, 'My Booking' > 'Cancel' এ গিয়ে বাতিল নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
  • Fees:A cancellation fee may be applied depending on the property’s policy and cancellation timing.
    • স্থাপনার নীতি এবং বাতিলের সময়ের উপর নির্ভর করে বাতিলের ফি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
  • Date Changes:Date changes are not permitted. Travelers need to cancel and rebook if they wish to change dates.
    • তারিখ পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না। তারিখ পরিবর্তনের জন্য আগের বুকিং বাতিল করতে হবে এবং নতুন তারিখে পুনরায় বুকিং করতে হবে।
  • Black-Out Dates:Bookings for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
