1. This package is valid for Bangladeshi nationals only.

2. Package rates are based on minimum group size; rates may vary if group size changes.

3. Hotels are subject to availability; similar category hotels will be provided in case of unavailability.

4. The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, local conditions, and operational feasibility.

5. All guests must carry a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months’ validity.

6. Bhutan visa processing will be handled by Travel Trip BD (included in package unless otherwise mentioned).

7. Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended.

8. Any increase in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or airline charges will be passed on to the customer.

9. The package is non-transferable and non-refundable once the journey has commenced.

10. Travelers must follow the rules and regulations of the host country and respect local customs.

• 15 days or more before travel date – 25% of total package cost will be charged.

• 7 to 14 days before travel date – 50% of total package cost will be charged.

• Less than 7 days before travel date – 100% of total package cost will be charged (No refund).

• No Show or Early Departure – 100% charge applies.

• Airfare is non-refundable and non-changeable once issued.
