Sri Lanka offers heritage sites, tea hills, wildlife and beaches. Choose from our four land packages, with hotels, breakfast, private transport and ETA application assistance as specified. Confirm whether the government ETA fee is included in your final quotation.
All prices are land-only and exclude international airfare. Dhaka–Colombo–Dhaka air tickets can be quoted separately at the live fare; the airfare is confirmed when the ticket is issued.
All rates are for quotation purposes only and may change without prior notice. Prices depend on travel dates, hotel availability, season, group size and exchange rates. Final prices are confirmed only at booking after hotel and service availability is checked.

What affects a Sri Lanka tour price?
- Season: December–April and holiday periods, including Eid, Puja and New Year, may cost more.
- Hotel category: 3-star standard, with 4-star upgrades available on request.
- Group size: 4 people sharing one car may cost less per person than 2.
- Exchange rate: land services are priced in US dollars, so BDT rates may change.
- Airfare: fares change daily; booking 4–6 weeks ahead usually gives better choices.

What is usually the cheapest time to visit?
May–September usually has lower hotel rates, subject to availability and the final quotation.
Important Notes
- If you arrange your own flight, send your flight details before we confirm hotels and airport pickup.
- Land services are non-refundable if a flight is missed, delayed or changed by the traveler or airline.
- Air tickets follow the airline’s own change and refund rules.
- Passports must be valid for at least six months.
- Hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
- The vehicle is provided only as per the itinerary.
- Prices may increase during Eid, Puja, Christmas and New Year.
Installment and EMI
Pay 60% when booking and 40% before departure. No non-refundable advance. The land cancellation policy below and separate visa and airline rules apply. EMI is available with selected banks; please confirm eligibility and terms.
Cancellation Policy
Land package cancellation:
- 100% refund if cancelled 14 or more days before travel.
- 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before travel.
- No refund within 6 days of travel.
Visa fees and air tickets follow their own rules. Confirm the applicable conditions before payment.
