Family Umrah Packages – Comfortable Stays for All Ages

Our family Umrah packages from Bangladesh are planned around children, parents and grandparents traveling together. A family room in Makkah and Madinah is included, subject to the confirmed hotel, room capacity and availability. Wheelchair help for elders can be arranged on request at extra cost. The package includes Umrah visa, return flights, transfers, Ziyarah and Moyallem guidance.

Flights and transfers

Dhaka–Jeddah and Madinah–Dhaka. Standard uses a group fare with a transit airline (one stop). Deluxe uses a direct flight on Saudia or Biman, subject to availability. Families are seated together where the airline allows. Transfers and Ziyarah are by AC bus or van as specified.

Example: 2 adults and 2 children with beds in a Standard quad room = Tk 6,80,000 (2 × Tk 1,75,000 + 2 × Tk 1,65,000), subject to confirmed eligibility, availability and final quotation.

• Day 01 – Dhaka to Makkah: Fly to Jeddah together in Ihram and transfer to your family room. After rest, perform Umrah with the Moyallem at a pace that suits elders and children. Wheelchair help is on request and at extra cost.
• Day 02 – Rest and worship in Makkah: Salah at Masjid al-Haram and time to settle in as a family.
• Day 03 – Makkah Ziyarah: A 2–3 hour morning tour from around 7:00 AM, including Jabal al-Noor, Jabal Thawr, Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat and Jannatul Mualla; timing is subject to local conditions.
• Day 04–08 – Worship in Makkah: Daily prayers, voluntary Tawaf and Jumu’ah at the Haram, with free time for the family.
• Day 09 – Makkah to Madinah: Travel by AC transport and check in to your family room.
• Day 10 – Madinah Ziyarah: Masjid Quba, Masjid al-Qiblatayn, Masjid al-Jumu’ah, Uhud and the Khandaq site.
• Day 11–13 – Worship in Madinah: Prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi, Rawdah visits subject to separate Nusuk slots for men and women, and Jannatul Baqi.
• Day 14 – Madinah to Dhaka: Transfer to Madinah airport for your flight home.

• Bangladeshi passport valid for at least 6 months for every family member, including children and infants.
• Meningitis vaccination certificate.
• One passport-size photo with a white background per traveler.
• Biometric verification through the Saudi Visa Bio app as required.

Requirements may change; check the current requirements with Travel Trip BD. Visa issuance is at the discretion of the Saudi authorities. If a visa is rejected, the visa fee is non-refundable.

• Pay 80% of the confirmed package price at booking and the remaining 20% at least 7 days before travel.
• Card EMI: selected bank credit cards may allow conversion of the card payment into EMI with the card-issuing bank. The 80/20 payment policy still applies; confirm bank terms, interest and fees.

Confirm family composition, room, child and infant fares and the final quotation before making any payment.

• After booking, the package is non-refundable and non-changeable, except air tickets, which are subject to the applicable airline policy.
• There is no refund for unused services or shorter stays.
• If a visa is rejected, the visa fee is non-refundable.

• The itinerary may change; any change will be communicated before travel.

• Use the Nusuk app for a Rawdah visit and confirm slot availability.
• Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and Ziyarah transfers are by AC bus or van. Private transport may be available on request; confirm vehicle and price.
• Maximum two pieces of luggage per traveler; airline allowances and excess baggage charges apply separately.
• Waiting time: 60 minutes at the Hajj Terminal and 15 minutes at the hotel. Follow the times on your voucher; vehicles will not wait longer.
• Hotel check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout 12:00 noon; early check-in and late checkout depend on availability and may cost extra.
• Room requests and extra beds are subject to hotel availability. Room names refer to the number of guests, not a guarantee of the same number of beds.
• Saudi hotel ratings are often local rather than international. Confirm the hotel, family room and facilities before booking.
• Only authorities or authorized agents may hold passports at the airport. Notify Travel Trip BD if a passport is handed to a driver or local agent.
• The Moyallem guides the group once during Umrah; a driver-guide leads Ziyarah. Drivers and guides do not carry luggage.
• Airline changes may affect hotel nights and refunds. Travel Trip BD is not responsible for airline delays or lost baggage; confirm the applicable terms.
• Ziyarah generally begins around 7:00 AM and lasts 2–3 hours, subject to local conditions.
