Our Umrah and Turkey package from Bangladesh pairs your Umrah with a journey through Islamic history in Istanbul. After Umrah in Makkah and prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah, you fly to Istanbul. There you visit the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace with its Sacred Relics, and the mosque of the Sahabi Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (RA), then cruise the Bosphorus. The package includes flights, Umrah visa, Turkey visa processing support, hotels in all three cities, transfers, guided tours and Moyallem guidance.

Istanbul hotels rarely have quad rooms. A quad booking may become two twin rooms, or a triple room with an extra bed.

• Day 01 – Dhaka to Makkah: Fly to Jeddah in Ihram, transfer to your Makkah hotel and perform Umrah with the Moyallem.
• Day 02 – Makkah Ziyarah: Jabal al-Noor, Jabal Thawr, Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat and Jannatul Mualla.
• Day 03–04 – Worship in Makkah: Salah and Tawaf at Masjid al-Haram.
• Day 05 – Makkah to Madinah: Travel by AC transport and pray at Masjid an-Nabawi.
• Day 06 – Madinah Ziyarah: Masjid Quba, Masjid al-Qiblatayn and Uhud.
• Day 07 – Worship in Madinah: Rawdah visit (Nusuk slot) and Jannatul Baqi.
• Day 08 – Madinah to Istanbul: Fly to Istanbul and check in.
• Day 09 – Old City tour: Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace (Sacred Relics).
• Day 10 – Golden Horn and Bosphorus: Eyup Sultan Mosque, Suleymaniye Mosque and a Bosphorus cruise.
• Day 11 – Free day: The Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar.
• Day 12 – Istanbul to Dhaka: Transfer to Istanbul airport for your flight home.

• Bangladeshi passport valid for at least 6 months
• Meningitis vaccination certificate
• One passport-size photo with a white background
• Biometric verification through the Saudi Visa Bio app
• Turkey visa: documents as required by the Turkish embassy (our team will guide you)

Visa issuance is at the discretion of the Saudi Umrah Authority and the Turkish embassy. If a visa is rejected, the visa fee is non-refundable.

• 80% of the package price at booking, and the remaining 20% at least 7 days before travel
• Card EMI: selected bank credit cards may let you convert your payment into EMI with your bank. The 80/20 payment policy still applies.

• After booking, the package is non-refundable and non-changeable, except air tickets (airline policy applies)
• No refund for unused services or shorter stays

General remarks

• Group travel: advertised prices apply to group travel only.
• Itinerary: may change; any change is communicated before travel.
• Prices: based on availability at booking. Prices may change with hotel or room availability and USD/SAR to BDT exchange rates. Travel Trip BD may revise costs for charges imposed by the authorities.
• Breakfast: if breakfast is not included but the hotel makes it mandatory, it is added to the price.
• Hotel categories: within one package, the only difference between categories is the hotel.
• Nusuk app: mandatory for the Rawdah (Riyazul Jannah) visit in Madinah. Book your slot in advance.

Transportation

• Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and Ziyarah transport is by AC bus or van. Private transport is available on request, with the vehicle size depending on the group size.
• Maximum 2 pieces of luggage per traveler.
• Waiting time: 60 minutes at the Hajj Terminal, 15 minutes at the hotel. Follow the times on your voucher; vehicles will not wait longer.
• Travel Trip BD is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, roadblocks or prayer times.

Hotel policies in Saudi Arabia

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on the hotel.
• Special room requests (floor, view, bed type) are subject to availability. Ask at hotel reception.
• Most hotels in Makkah and Madinah use local ratings, not international star ratings. Confirm hotel details with our team before booking.
• Wi-Fi may be available only in the lobby. Room service and drinking water may not be provided.
• Economy hotels may have shared bathrooms and limited services. Ask for photos before booking.
• Room names (single, twin, triple, quad, quint) refer to the number of guests, not beds. Extra beds are often smaller.

Passport, guide, flights and Ziyarah

• Passport: Do not hand your passport to drivers or local agents. Only authorities or authorized agents may hold it at the airport. If you hand it over, inform Travel Trip BD immediately.
• Moyallem: guides the group once during Umrah. Ziyarah is led by a driver-guide. Drivers and guides do not carry luggage.
• Flight changes: If the airline changes your schedule before departure, there is no hotel refund. Extra hotel nights may be charged for a delayed return.
• Delays: Travel Trip BD is not responsible for airline delays or lost baggage.
• Ziyarah timing: Ziyarah starts around 7:00 AM and lasts 2–3 hours.
