2. 📘 Valid Passport and Photocopy

• Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months
• Photocopy of bio-data page of the passport
• Passport must have at least two blank pages

3. 📚 Old Passport (if applicable) and Photocopy

If you have previous passports, submit both the original and photocopy to help verify travel history.

4. 📸 Photographs (2 Copies)

• Size: 2 inch x 1.4 inch
• Must be recent, color, with white background
• No head covering or sunglasses

5. ✈️ Airline Booking Slip (Round Trip)

A flight reservation or booking document showing both entry and exit from Japan.

6. 🏨 Hotel Booking During Stay in Japan

Provide confirmed hotel bookings for your entire planned stay in Japan.

7. 📅 Visit Schedule (Itinerary in Japan)

A detailed day-by-day itinerary, including dates, places to visit, transportation details, and accommodation.

8. 📨 Invitation Letter (If Applicable)

If someone in Japan is inviting you (guarantor):

• Provide a formal invitation letter stating purpose, relationship, and duration of stay.

9. 👪 Proof of Relationship with Guarantor (If Applicable)

Submit a document verifying your relationship with the guarantor (e.g., family certificate, birth certificate, etc.)

10. 💼 Tax-Income Certificate and Payment Receipt (Last 3 Years)

Submit your Tax Return Acknowledgment and payment receipts for the last three years. (If available)

11. 🏦 Bank Statement – Last 6 Months

• Personal or company account
• Must be recent and show sufficient funds to cover trip expenses
• Bank seal and signature required

📄 If a Guarantor in Japan Is Covering the Expenses

If your trip is financially supported by someone residing in Japan (guarantor), you must additionally provide the following documents:
