2. For Private Service Holders:
   – Salary Bank Statement with Solvency Certificate (with bank’s phone number)
   – Salary Certificate or Pay Slip (with official seal, signature, and phone number)
   – No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer (with seal, signature, and phone number)

3. For Business Owners:
   – Trade License with renewal copy (notarized)
   – Forwarding Letter on Company Pad
   – Visiting Card
   – Office ID Card

4. Common Documents:
   – Valid Passport
   – Two Recent Photos (White Background, Size: 3.5 x 4.5 cm)

5. Additional Documents (as applicable):
   – Student: School NOC, Student ID
   – Child: Birth Certificate
